How I Work

Direct access.

You work with me. Not an assistant, not a staff accountant rotating off the engagement in six months. Same person who quotes you, prepares your return, answers your questions, and signs the work.

 

Fixed fees, no hourly surprises.

Bookkeeping engagements start at $350/month for businesses with up to 2 bank accounts, 2 credit cards, and 6 employees. That single monthly fee covers bookkeeping, payroll, and sales tax — whether you need all three or just one. Tax preparation is quoted separately based on complexity, with a fixed price you see upfront before any work starts.

Tax documents move through your encrypted client portal. You get a mobile app that lets you photograph a W-2 or receipt and upload it in seconds. Everything is audit-logged and meets the security standards the IRS and FTC now require of tax preparers.

I started this practice because I'd watched too many clients get treated like file numbers at bigger firms — passed between staff, billed for every email, left waiting weeks for answers that should have taken ten minutes. That's not how I work.

 

My clients have my cell. They text me. They call me. They get answers quick. I know their businesses, their industries, and most of their kids' names. To them, I'm not the CPA they see in April — I'm the person they call before they sign the lease, hire the employee, take the distribution, or make the move.
